What is a moment?
What bounds it?
If the moment is too small,
before you understand what happened,
has it already passed?
A moment then is not of time
but a unit of comprehension.
Each mind stretches the now
to what it can bear.
But remove the mind,
and the moment collapses again.
One single,
undivided now—
shared by everything
and defined by nothing.
There is change
but without commentary.
So where does that leave us?
A world that does not divide itself
and a mind that cannot live without divisions.
The now never arrives,
and yet it is never absent.
